Please Consider a Rescued Bullmastiff:
Bullmastiffs are given up for many reasons. Often there is a situation where a perfectly fine companion is given away simply because it is no longer convenient for the owner to care for the dog. Our job is not to condemn, but to take the bullmastiff from someplace he/she is not wanted and get them into a safe, forever home.
These are bullmastiffs that come from all walks of life. They are thoroughly evaluated by ABA team members with years of experience in the breed. The evaluators determine exactly what kind of forever home the individual bullmastiff needs.
A rescued bullmastiff can enrich your life in ways you have never imagined. It is as easy as 1-2-3.
1.) Complete an ABA rescue application form (find one on the ABA Website - www.bullmastiff.us) and e-mail it to National Rescue Chair, Virginia Rowland as directed. Let them know which dog you are interested in. If you adopt a dog there may be a donation required, but please keep in mind that your donation will be used to pay medical bills and help other bullmastiffs in need of rescue.
2.) E-mail me and let me know you have sent in an application form so I can follow up for you. firstname.lastname@example.org
3.) A home visit may be required. The ABA rescue team wants to do everything possible to ensure that your home will be the "forever home" for the rescued bullmastiff. Please be patient. All work is done by ABA Rescue volunteers.
